The house is a just completed "to the studs" restoration; top rated super comfy bedding, everything is luxury grade and brand new! Dedicated office space in the den with Frontier 500 mps Fiber internet for demanding remote workers. Patio features dining for six, snuggle around the firepit in the evening. Your grillmaster will enjoy barbecuing on your full size Kitchen Aid grill with gas provided. Get your tan on with 4 chaises for sunning. And, see who the Corn Hole champ is while waitingfor the burgers to cook!
House Rules
Location is a very quiet family neighborhood and if neighbors lodge a nuisance complaint my license may get revoked! therefore following rules must be followed! 1. Amplified music must not be played at volume levels that is audible outside of the house. 2. Please use quiet voices when outside after ten pm time to preserve quiet for the neighbors. 4. Maximum of three cars may be parked at or near the property at any time . 5. No visitors without express permission 6. No hot pots or pans on kitchen counters; They are synthetic stone and will melt . 7. If a guests behavior causes neighbors to call the police for disturbing the peace, your reservation will be immediately terminated through Airbnb and you will have to immediately vacate . I thank you in advance for respecting the neighbors right to quiet enjoyment!

Neighborhood
West Mesa is a charming, eclectic area nestled along the ocean. It is a super desirable area where the homes start at $2m, and where the Beach Boys famously lived early in their career. It has walking access to fantastic outdoor areas for hiking (Douglas Preserve) , swimming, surfing, stand up paddleboard and biking. It is conveniently located about one mile from downtown and makes a great base to explore the region. It has its own village center 6 blocks from the property with numerous excellent restaurants. The newly completed Las Positas bike trail starts 1/4 mile from the house and allows safe riding up to 8 miles north to UCSB and the Ellwood Bluffs . (See trafficsolutions.org for trail map). Electric Bike rentals located on Meigs Road across from Lazy Acres Market at corner of Shoreline Drive. Download the app when you arrive to rent them.
Guest Access
You will enjoy private and exclusive use of the entire property. Located at the end of a cul de sac, it is super safe and tranquil and ideal for familes with children and dogs.

The driveway fits 3 cars and street parking a few more. Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis are readily available with a few minutes notice. Santa Barbara has a public bus system, and rides to and from LAX leave frequently throughout the day on Santa Barbara Airbus. Electric bike rentals are available at numerous public stations using an app. Nearest location is at Elise and Meigs road 1/2 mile from the house . The neighborhood is walking distance to the beach, 2 markets, and numerous wonderful restaurants.
